Root Cause Analysis reprezinta un set de metodologii in sfera managementului calitatii si a controlului calitatii. Odata cu trecerea anilor, cu cresterea complexitatii sistemelor, a proceselor si a fabricatiei, a aparut nevoia ca personalul sa poata analiza in mod eficient probleme si sa gaseasca nereguli principale intr-un sistem dat.
